NEWS: Uriah Heep, Last In Line and 27 more bands confirmed for Planet Rockstock 2019!
With less than nine months to go until the seventh Planet Rockstock opens its doors, we’re extremely proud to announce the first 29 bands on the epic line-up.
Taking place once again at Trecco Bay Holiday Park in South Wales from Friday 6th to Sunday 8th December 2019, weekend tickets (accommodation and non-accommodation) went on sale at 8am this morning and they’re already flying fast!

Fresh from releasing their critically-lauded 25th studio album ‘Living The Dream’ last autumn, bona fide rock legends Uriah Heep will bring Planet Rockstock 2019 to an emphatic close when they headline the Sunday night.
Mick Box and co. headlined the inaugural Planet Rockstock in Great Yarmouth in 2013 – a set that’s firmly entrenched in Rockstock folklore – and we can’t wait to welcome them back this winter.
Uriah Heep
Also confirmed for the Main Stage are Dio offshoots Last in Line, who will be performing at Planet Rockstock for the very first time. Vivian Campbell, Vinny Appice, Andrew Freeman and Phil Soussan unleashed their brilliant second album, ‘II’, last month and they’re always a fearsome act in the live arena.
Having wowed Winter’s End in 2018 and the first Planet Rockstock six years ago, serial crowd-pleasers, The Quireboys, will bring their euphoric, ever-entertaining live spectacle to Trecco Bay.
Dan Reed Network
Undoubtedly one of the zeniths of the entire weekend at Planet Rockstock 2017, we had to invite funk rock powerhouses Dan Reed Network back – and this time, making their set extra special, it’s for a 30th anniversary celebration of their Nile Rodgers produced tour-de-force ‘Slam’.
Making the leap from the New Rock Stage to the Main Stage in 2019 are the self-professed Queens of Rock n’ Roll,JOANovARC – who have the prestigious honour of opening the Friday night – Swedish hard rock titans H.E.A.T, British blues rock virtuoso Laurence Jones, London rock n’ roll juggernauts The Dust Coda and the mighty Kris Barras Band.
Kris Barras Band
Such is their massive popularity, Kris Barras Band packed out the 450-capacity New Rock Stage last year forcing door staff, for the first time in Rockstock history, to operate a one-in, one-out policy.
Elsewhere, bands playing the Main Stage that are making their debut at Rockstock are Macclesfield rock duo The Virginmarys, the incredible Aaron Buchanan and Cult Classics and melodic rock bastions VEGA.
With both the Friday and Saturday headliners still to be announced, the Main Stage line-up is shaping up to be very special indeed.
Bad Touch
For Gold Ticket holders only, Norfolk’s prodigal sons Bad Touch have the prestigious honour of headlining the Thursday night, with Matt Mitchell and the Cold Hearts, Wille and the Bandits and Deever completing the impressive bill.
For the first time ever, there will be a Friday afternoon acoustic session for Gold Ticket holders with stripped-back performances from Salvation Jayne, Hollowstar and Jack J Hutchison.
As if that wasn’t enough to tempt you to snap up the Gold Tickets, each ticket will also come with a free event T-shirt.
Hollowstar
Once again hosting the finest up-and-coming talent, on the Saturday the New Rock Stage will feature sets from AT THE SUN, Grainne Duffy, Hollowstar, Jack J Hutchinson Band, Liberty Lies, Salvation Jayne and, of course, the Rockstock institution that is Darren’s DIY Band (always worth a watch for Darren’s inevitable impromptu “filling for time” segment…)
Keeping up the ante, the Sunday New Rock Stage line-up boasts Blackballed, Collateral, Edenthorn, The Howling Tides, Matt Pearce & The Mutiny, Sons of Liberty and Temple of One. Nice.
Alongside Darren’s DIY Band, the old favourites will be back at Planet Rockstock 2019 including Rockaoke on the Saturday night and the Sunday morning quiz hosted by Wyatt.
