NEWS: PULSATING RADIOSTARS Explain That “It’s Complicated” With New Album
Indie Rockers PULSATING RADIOSTARS latest album “It’s Complicated“, was released in May earlier this year and is available on all popular streaming platforms, that consists mainly of love songs, messed up situations and the struggle between couples.
Whilst the band have a very distinctive catchy sound, there are Arctic Monkeys and Radiohead undertones. The latest album “it’s complicated” is an album that consists mainly of love songs, messed up situations and the struggle between couples to survive through all the nasty situations they put themselves into. It is more of a dark album compared to the previous ones. The sound shifted a little bit from the rock ‘riffy’ style to a more ballad-like darker sound.
PULSATING RADIOSTARS is a powerful rock trio from Athens, Greece. Growing up with the sounds of the seventies and eighties classic rock bands (the likes of Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, and U2) PULSTARS combined their influences with the current pop and rock, such as Arctic Monkeys and Radiohead.
The band – Lazy on vocals and keytar, Aris on guitars & Nick on drums – was formed back in 2017. The first EP was released in February 2018 with the title “Radioactive People“. A full-length album titled “Radioactive People II” followed next year.
The song “Love is a Game” from that album was picked for Classic Rock’s magazine compilation CD of Best New Bands! –(May 2019, Issue 262)–
PULSATING RADIOSTARS is a self-reliant music powerhouse. All members compose, record, produce and master their music on their own. Lazy (Vocals and Keys) is a producer (known as “Callmelazy”) and a professional studio owner working with established artists of the Greek music scene. All members have vast experience with the music business in Greece. All three of them have worked as session musicians and songwriters. That’s how they met and decided to collaborate and form “Pulsating Radiostars”
