NEWS: KILLING CLARENCE Release ‘Living Nightmare’ Through Wiretone Records

Wiretone Records is thrilled to announce the release of ‘Living Nightmare‘, the debut album from Killing Clarence, who joined forces with the label in 2019. With four members hailing from Owen Sound, ON and the other from Collingwood, ON, Killing Clarence is challenging local audiences with its groovy, thrashy, heavy metal. The band braves themes of depression, self-harm, and horror, but also the flipside — exuberance, partying and spirit.

The band is engaging fans loyal and new through the H20 venue, where they unveiled ‘Living Nightmare‘ with a well-attended Halloween masquerade launch party with special guest Nervcast. Led by Harley Webster, guitarist and vocalist, and frontman and vocalist Raymond King, the album is a heavy metal ride powered by bassist Mike Bloomfield, drummer Jeff Webster and guitarist Jake Webster.

In 2007, brothers Jake and Harley started the project after Harley’s band split and Jake moved back home. Their brother, Jeff joined to drum, and Mike and Raymond joined to complete Killing Clarence .

Influences include Metallica, Megadeth, Machine Head, Iron Maiden, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Ozzy, Mudvayne, Slipknot, Lamb of God, Distrubed, and Pantera. Killing Clarence are working on their second album and set to plan their inaugural 2021 tour. They are maturing as artists, refining their voice and focus, and want to share that growth with fans far and wide.

Their first video, ‘Boogeyman, released late November 2019, is available on wiretonerecords.com, along with an assortment of Killing Clarence merch. Living Nightmare is available through wiretonerecords.com, Apple iTunes and all digital music shops globally, as well as a selection of discerning record shops including Sour Cat Records of Owen Sound.
