Lyrically, the song delves into the frustration of navigating mixed signals and unspoken words in a relationship. It’s a relatable tale of trying to decode a partner’s feelings, only to find yourself lost in a maze of confusion. With its raw and heartfelt lyrics, Easy Come, Easy Go strikes a perfect balance between humour and emotional depth.
“I first heard Black Heidi at a festival where we shared the same lineup, and I was immediately struck by her fun personality and raw energy,” says Future Radio frontman Johnny Late. “When I started writing this song, I knew she’d be perfect for it. The process of creating this track brought me back to the music I grew up with and the reason I started playing guitar in the first place.”
Black Heidi shares her excitement: “When Johnny approached me, I was intrigued by the song and the story we were telling. Working together was such a fun experience, and I’m confident that our combined energy comes through in the music.”
The creative team at Muhn Creative is spearheading the social media rollout, ensuring the track reaches a wide audience. Fans can look forward to an engaging campaign, complete with a lyric video, a music video, and both live and acoustic versions of the song.
Easy Come, Easy Go is available on all major streaming platforms starting 14 February 2025. Whether you’re embracing the single life or laughing through relationship chaos, this track is a must-listen for anyone looking for an upbeat and relatable anthem.
