NEWS: ETERNAL DELYRIA Have Released New Album “Paradox Of The Mechanical World”
Melodic death metallers ETERNAL DELYRIA, from Ticino (Switzerland), have released their latest album “Paradox Of The Mechanical World“.
Even if Melodic Death/Black Metal is not your cup of tea, this album is replete with great epic sounding tracks that have a hypnotic feel about them. They are heavy, disturbingly mesmeric, and full of rhythmic riffs all accompanied with gruff guttural vocals that blend seamlessly with the music. It stands out with its intermixing of the normal heavy chugging rhythms of drums, bass and guitar along with electric keyboards. It truly has a dystopian and ruined future feel that just seems to reflect the current mood of most of the Western world. Defoinitely an album to have in your collection.
Its a perfect album for right now (April 2020) as a soundtrack for playing the likes of Day Z, Escape From Tarkov or any other action/FPS game.

The album was preceded by three singles “Burning Bridges”, on October 31st, “Freely Enchained”, on February 23rd and “Dying To Live” released on the 16th of March.
The band was founded in the summer of 2011. In 2014, with their first line-up, they published their first EP, DELIRIUM, and their first video clip, Wake Up.
In June 2016, they released their second video, Chasing Shadows, the single from the first album, LETTING GO OF HUMANITY, released in the same month just before playing at Metal Frenzy, where they opened for bands like Melechesh, Dark Tranquillity and Decapitated. In October 2016, they released a third video, Eradication Of Solitude And Despair.
In 2017, the band took part in the Swiss Wacken Metal Battle and won a place in the final. At the same time, they started their first national tour, the “Chaos Over Switzerland Tour”. In September 2018, Eternal Delyria released THE AWAKENING, a new song and official video. In July 2019, they played at MetalDays in Slovenia on the New Forces Stage, where they won one of the first positions that will allow them to play at the 2020 edition of the same festival, but this time on the Main Stage.
In August 2019, Eternal Delyria and Fot (guitarist) parted ways, completing what is now the current line-up, where we can find: Alex (drums), Clod (keyboards and second voice), Tim (guitar), Nyx (guitar) and Lutz (vocals).
In September 2019, they announced the arrival in early 2020 of the second full length album entitled PARADOX OF THE MECHANICAL ANGEL and in October 2019, they released the first single of the previously mentioned CD, titled BURNING BRIDGES.
In February 2020 they release a second single accompanied by a video clip entitled FREELY ENCHAINED. In March 2020 they release the third single titled DYING TO LIVE.
On April 2nd they released their new album, PARADOX OF THE MECHANICAL ANGEL.
