Belgian Death Black Metal force DODENGOD returns with a vengeance! Following their 2018 debut album “Salvation“, the band is set to release their highly anticipated sophomore full-length, “Heralds of a Dying Age“, on February 28 via Pest Records.

Founded by YvS (guitars, bass) and SVN (vocals, lyrics, mix, mastering), DODENGOD expanded its ranks in 2021 with the addition of drummer Barduk, bringing a new level of intensity and organic brutality to their sound. “Heralds of a Dying Age” is a ten-track symphony of death and destruction, fully recorded and mixed by the band itself. This new opus marks a shift from the industrial elements found on “Salvation“, embracing a more traditional and raw Death Black Metal sound infused with subtle Doom Metal influences.

With themes deeply rooted in death, anti-religion, and misanthropy, “Heralds of a Dying Age” delivers an unrelenting sonic assault that is both old-school and unflinchingly dark.
