NEWS: ASASARA to Release “777” EP on 18 February (Cassette) & 08 March (Vinyl)

From the depths of a place where esoteric Greek myth and occult teachings collide, Massachusetts’ own ASASARA melds stoner and thrash metal styles into a refreshingly old school sound!

Stoner/Thrash Metal project, ASASARA, will release sophomore EP, 777, on cassette and 12″ vinyl LP formats on February 18 and March 8, respectively! The EP was released on digital format last Halloween.

 The 777 EP can be viewed as a sample of what’s to come. Kicking off with three original tracks, familiar sounds of old school thrash collide with a smokey haze of stoner stylings. The project closes on a strange note with a reworked traditional Greek song – “The Gambler (Ο ΚΟΥΜΑΡΤΖΗΣ)” – that dates back to over a century ago, given new life here by the heavy riffing within. The new EP follows the release of 2022 debut, Sinking.
