Greta Van Fleet give us a Highway Tune
Greta Van Fleet are an amazing band from Frankenmuth, Michigan, formed in 2012 and consists of vocalist Josh Kiszka, guitarist Jake Kiszka, bassist Sam Kiszka, and drummer Danny Wagner. In 2017 they released their debut studio EP, Black Smoke Rising.
The debut single, “Highway Tune“, topped the Billboard US Mainstream Rock and Active Rock Rock stations in September 2017 for four weeks in a row.
It easy to hear that the band is influenced by the work of Led Zeppelin, especially when Josh Kiszka’s vocals are scarily akin to Robert Plant’s own husky keening sound.
