Electric Boys were formed 1988 in Stockholm, Sweden and released their critically acclaimed debut Funk-O-Metal Carpet Ride 1989. It was released internationally about a year later, including five new songs produced by monster producer Bob Rock (Metallica and Mötley Crüe).

Electric Boys toured tenaciously in Europe and in the U.S. while the song “All Lips N’ Hips” hit the Billboard chart and was played on heavy rotation on MTV.

The follow up, Groovus Maximus was released in 1992 with the single “Mary In The Mystery World” being a radio hit. The album was recorded in the legendary “Beatles studio” Abbey Road in London and the band continued touring mainly in the U.S.A., Great Britain and Sweden.

In 1994, the harder rocking album Freewheelin’ was released with 2 new members, “Slim” Martin Thomander and Thomas Broman. The band dissolved after a sold out farewell concert in their hometown Stockholm.

After four years of playing with legendary rockers Hanoi Rocks, Conny Bloom and Andy Christell decided to reunite Electric Boys, with the original line-up, in the beginning of 2009.

The band stuck to their unique blend of riffs, groove and psychedelia, and in 2010 they recorded their comeback album “And Them Boys Done Swang”, released 2011.

In 2014, Electric Boys recorded their most recent album Starflight United, available worldwide.
Past tours and support slots includes shows with Metallica, Alice Cooper, Mr, Big, Hardline, Vixen, Thunder and many more.

Supported by local riff masters Stormzone. Stormzone were formed initially as a studio project in 2004 by vocalist John ‘Harv’Harbinson who was itching for a new creative outlet after a brief break from the rock industry. Harbinson had previously enjoyed success in bands such as No Sweat, Fastway, Sweet Savage and Den of Thieves (who enjoyed considerable and continuing success in the Japanese rock market). Harbinson immediately set about recruiting session musicians, which would lead to the recording and release of the debut Stormzone album, ‘Caught In The Act’, in 2007.

In 2017 Stormzone returned to recording duties determined to do something a little different in order to continue the band’s evolution, continually striving to write songs about unique and interesting subjects. This time the theme throughout the album was to concentrate on famous Irish myths and legends, and 13 songs emerged from Stormzone HQ, each one featuring mysterious place or character and their stories which have become embedded in Northern Ireland folklore. ‘Cushy Glen’, the notorious cut-throat highwayman, ‘Albhartach’, the original Irish vampire known to have inspired Bram Stoker’s ‘Dracula’, ‘Dark Hedges’ the Northern Irish landmark now immortalised in the famous tv series Game of Thrones and ‘Hallows’ Eve’ confirming that Halloween did actually originate in Northern Ireland plus the album’s compelling title track ‘Lucifer’s Factory’, the origin of which is destined to surprise all! There are many more equally intriguing songs with different legendary mythical characters, all guaranteed to keep listeners interested during the album’s entirety! ‘Lucifer’s Factory‘ was released on April 23rd 2018 through Metal Nation Records.
